The first report of labial fusion was described in1936 in American 2 literature .This condition is mostly discussed in childhood period and rare cases have been reported in post menopausal age group. It seems that more cases are reported so attention to etiology and treatment modalities should be paid to this age group due to paucity of information regarding etiology and the best treatment option undertaken.
